„As passengers of the “Swiss Walks” program, we travelled with Firstbus and the drivers: István and János. My wife and I were sitting in the 5th row of seats on the left side of the bus. I have reached the age of 70, I have more than 1 million kilometers behind me, and I have been paying close attention to the approx. 2500 km. during the tour.
Their appearance, behavior, courtesy, helpfulness were exemplary throughout the journey. We could sit a clean bus every morning and the „forehead” of the bus was cleaned by the drivers every time we left. I have travelled abroad several times, but we have not met such suitable bus drivers yet. When I said goodbye, I could only express my thanks only to János, his colleague was still busy handing out the package. It can be proud to work with such employees within a company. ”
